Genealogy Research Services

PLEASE NOTE BEFORE YOU SUBMIT A REQUEST:  Make your request using our Research Request form, available HERE.  Mail it with your check payable to PGCGS to the address on the form.  At this time, we are unable to take electronic payments for our research services, but we are working on it.  

 

Members receive 30 minutes of research FREE each year. The next half hour is $10. Each additional hour, or part of an hour, is $20.

For Non-Members the fee is $12.50 for the first 30 minutes, payable with the request. The next 30 minutes is $12.50. For each additional hour, or part thereof, the research fee is $25, payable upon completion. We will contact you if we go beyond the amount paid for to see if you want to pay for more time. 

 

We are happy to provide research services using resources contained in our library. It will help if you visit our Library Catalogue to find the relevant resources and include these in your request.  Catalogue is available HERE.  Please provide as much information as possible. For questions, please email communication@pgcgs.org.  We are sorry, we do not have the resources to research on the internet or at the Maryland State Archives.
