Monthly meetings, open to the public, are held at the New Carrollton Municipal Center, 6016 Princess Garden Parkway, New Carrollton, Maryland 20784 the first Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. except for July, August and January.
Due to Covid-19, our public meeting location has been closed indefinitely, and we are holding virtual meetings using a Zoom format through at least December 2021. Members will receive an email about a week prior to the meeting with registration information. Non-members may email president@pgcgs.org to request an invitation.

Directions to Meetings
Conveniently located off the Beltway at Exit 20A / Annapolis Road, the New Carrollton Municipal Center requires looping around to come back on Annapolis Road in the other direction, and then an easy right onto Princess Garden Parkway. There is parking in the front of the building, and additional parking in the rear. Enter the building through the front.

Chuck Mason will talk about Myths, Fairy Tales, and Stories Grandma Told. Family stories usually contain at least some true facts. But what do you do when almost nothing is true? This program demonstrates how a 25-year brick wall was broken down.
Charles S. “Chuck” Mason, Jr., CG SM is a Certified Genealogist SM, a graduate of National Genealogical Society’s American Genealogy: A Basic Course, and a graduate of the National Institute for Genealogical Research at the National Archives. He lectures in Washington, D.C., Maryland, Virginia and New Jersey.
